NEW DESIGN ITEMS @ KlausEngelhorn Depot
On the occasion of the project Esra Ersen: “I am Turkish, I am Honest, I am Diligent...”, at the KlausEngelhorn Depot within the context of the exhibition “Tactics of Invisibility” by Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary, Klaus Engelhorn and Michael Turkiewicz are pleased to present new design items!
Displayed are objects of various artists such as mischer’traxler, Rody Graumans, Tejo Remi, NEXT Architects/Aura Luz Melis, Marcel Wanders, Chris Kabel, Arnout Visser, Vandasye, Megumi Ito, llot llov, Robert Stadler and Ron Arad.
A lamp in form of a huge swarm of a rare moth species flying towards a light bulb, adaptable lights knitted of fluffy wool or a lamp representing the “brute baumarkt-charm” up to the organic-like leather elements Pools&Pouf!, a stool made out of ingenious stratified old clothes in each other plus the limited edition of the Fauteuil “New Orleans”, a table of the edition “The idea of a tree” as well as a choice of objects being a radical assemblage of prefabricated compontents and selective laser sintering part of the collection “Our New Apartment” and lots more are worth a side trip to Ottakring.
